Macanese driver Rodolfo Avila has completed a successful test session with the HBR Motorsport team as part of his Formula 3 Grand Prix race preparation.

After some ups and downs during the International Formula Master first season returned to the cockpit last weekend in the Czech track of Brno. It was the last chance for Avila to drive the Dallara F307-Mercedes Benz before the prestigious end of the year race.

Rodolfo Avila Had An Unlucky Season Start

Rodolfo had a very unlucky Grand Prix indeed. We all had high expectations as he has had a good season at this year. We wish him the best for 2007 and will continue to support him. Go Rodolfo!

Kobayashi On Pole Grand Prix of Macau

Kamui Kobayashi took pole position for the Grand Prix in a rain-affected and incident-filled qualifying session on Friday - before smashing his car against the barriers in the final seconds.

The Japanese ASM driver moved to the top of the timesheets with 14 minutes of qualifying remaining and, with light rain falling over the track, his rivals were unable to respond to his best effort.
