Unicom to Win 3G License in Macau

Well that was not really a suprise since out the five bidders there was only one guaranteed CMDA provider in Macau and that is China Unicom which will win the bid by default. The other four are bidding for the WCDMA license for which there will be only one lucky winner to be officially announced on October 28.
