Macau Tallest Condominium Launched

Macau Tallest Apartment complex ‘The Praia’ was launched on the 13th of September. The complex will house a total of 4 towers and about 1200 apartments. Each tower will be 56 storey and 185 meters height. With a 270 degrees paranomic view, this will be the tallest apartment project undergoing in Macau before the construction of the 63 storey ‘Arch Of Triumph’ near the second phase of Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The total investment of the project is approximately around 2.5 billion dollars MOP. MOP8 = US$1

Foundation will be completed by next month and the whole complex will be finish by the end of 2008. It will becomes a ‘landmark’ in Macau once it completed.
