Macau’s newly-rich dip their toes into overseas property market
Looks like there is a bit of a slump in the local property market as Macau is awaiting for the arrivals of the new casino staff. Meanwhile the well-healed are buying property outside of Macau!
When you combine these facts with the recent slow down in domestic demand for residential Macau property and a sluggish Hong Kong property market, it’s not surprising that developers in the region are looking for new real estate opportunities to tempt investors.
